Fitness the Feldenkrais Way
Fitness the Feldenkrais Way is for anyone who wants to move well and feel fantastic. Awareness Through Movement lessons are designed to stimulate brain/mind functioning as well as physical strength and coordination. Slow easy movements will lead to complex active movements. You will be surprised at what you are able to do!
- Dates: December 10th and January 7th
- Time: 10:00- 1:00
- Fee: $25 for members and $30 for non members.

- Please bring a comfortable mat and wear easy to move in clothing.
