Featuring Fruits and Vegetables from JR Organics of Escondido, CA – A Community Supported Agriculture farm.  A minimum of ten (10) people must be registered for class. Walk-ins welcomed!

February 27, 1:30 – 3:30 Lovely Dinner for Two Absorption Penne Fra Diablo (Spicy Absorption Vodka Pasta ), Lemon Pepper Green Beans, Triple Threat Chocolate Cake. Recipes and tastings will be offered for each dish.

Mar 27, 1:30 – 3:30 - When Irish Eyes are Smiling... they are up to something - Heart healthy dill fish stew and Early Spring Time Salad and Wonderful Cobbler. Recipes and tastings will be offered for each dish.

April 24th is Earth Day at the Garden: Spring Time Brunch - Salmon Quiche and Rosemary Potatoes – Free Samples at Earth Day . . . come join the fun!

May 22, 1:30 – 3:30 - May Day Tea - Hear the history of tea, tisanes and the foods served for low and high tea. Recipes and tastings will be offered for each dish.

June 12, 1:30 – 3:30- It is summer time and the flowers and herbs are in bloom. Come join us in the Herb Garden to find out how you can use lavender to add flavor to your dinner and why it helps you sleep better after that meal. Lavender-Lemon Salmon Risotto will be demonstrated along with Lavender Lemonade and Lavender Butter Cake . Recipes and tastings will be offered for each dish.

July 24, 1:30 – 3:30- Cold pressed sandwiches and out of the garden meal-in-a-bowl salads. Recipes and tastings will be offered for each dish.

August 28, 1:30 – 3:30- Seafood Paella on the barbecue for Dad with tapas and sangria. Recipes and tastings will be offered for each dish. 

September 25, 1:30 – 3:30- Back to School and basic dinners. Recipes and tastings will be offered for each dish.

October 23, 1:30 – 3:30- Fall Pumpkin Focaccia and Julian apple sauce with rose hips. Recipes and tastings will be offered for each dish. Cost per class: Members $20, non-members $25. Pre-registration required but walk-ins will be welcome, RSVP missklibs1@netzero.com

November 20, 1:30 – 3:30- Pork Roast with shirred green chili rice. Recipes and tastings will be offered for each dish.

December 18, 1:30 – 3:30- Southwestern stacked Enchiladas with black beans, Mexican brown rice and pumpkin tamales. Recipes and tastings will be offered for each dish.
